Partners Group Headquarters Campus Phases I and II

Cator, Ruma & Associates was selected to provide the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology design and contract administration for the Partners Group Headquarters Campus. The project consisted of three buildings: a 50,000-square-foot office with below grade ventilated parking, a 18,000-square-foot three-floor amenity building, and a 12,0000-square-foot training building.

Cator, Ruma & Associates’ technology group designed complete infrastructure supporting voice, data, and video distribution. The structured cabling design was coordinated with the information technology and facilities groups as well as user groups at Partners Group. Reliable, efficient, and scalable access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection system designs were also provided.

Technology system design included pathways, cabling, and devices for voice/data cabling, television distribution, access control, digital signage, and audio/visual services in training rooms, conference rooms, and sound masking. 

During construction, the CRA team provided start-up assistance including onsite observations and punch list creation.
