We are seeking skilled Mechanical Designers or Engineers for both entry-level positions and positions that require a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the HVAC and/or Plumbing Design field. The 3+ year candidate will possess excellent knowledge of commercial/institutional Building Mechanical Systems and mechanical national codes, standards, and regulations. Knowledge of Revit is required. Engineering candidates should have or be in the process of pursuing PE registration.

Typical Responsibilities:

Technology Systems LV/ICT Designer

Responsible for designing and specifying standard compliant structured cabling systems which include all phases from conceptual/schematic design through construction documents.  

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and specification of voice, data, and network equipment for technology systems
  • Preparing program requirements and basis of design reports
  • Interfacing with Clients, Owners, and design team members
  • Preparing agendas, running design/coordination meetings and providing minutes

Commissioning Technician

We are looking for both entry-level candidates and experienced self-starters capable of successfully executing building systems commissioning for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional facilities.  These shall include K-12 Education, Higher Education, Healthcare, Laboratory and Commercial/Industrial buildings with an emphasis on other energy-intensive markets.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of the commissioning of mechanical, electrical and control systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
  • Perform commissioning design reviews and comment.
  • Review submittal documents.
  • Prepare pre-functional and functional forms, review forms after completion.
