The project includes new central chilled water and steam plant with distribution to the hospital and new MOB, as well as the existing 120,000-SF MOB. Systems in the building utilize VAV roof mounted air handling units with medium pressure duct distribution cooling air to VAV reheat boxes. Heating water is generated with steam fired water heaters in the individual buildings. Plumbing systems include standard hot/cold and recirculated water steam fire domestic water heaters, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and vent piping and plumbing fixtures. Fire Protection includes fire pump with wet and dry risers and a NFPA 13 sprinkler system.

In October 2017, the project was completed and the hospital began seeing patients. Cator, Ruma & Associates also assisted with ongoing commissioning.
