HVAC
Mechanical systems are the “nerve center” of any project design. All aspects of comfort—temperature, humidity, noise, and indoor air quality—are affected by the HVAC system. To provide the best possible environment, we take into account multiple considerations such as reliability and comfort while being mindful of integrating our systems into the overall design aesthetic.
FIRE PROTECTION
We have the capability to provide a range of fire protection engineering services specifically attuned to institutional facility design. A critical component of fire protection engineering is being able to navigate the various codes involved, solve discrepancies between conflicting codes, and provide solutions that are code-compliant, but also effective and beneficial within the constraints of the project.
POWER

LOW VOLTAGE
Our dedicated Information Technology Services (ITS) Department provides complete, comprehensive design of low-voltage systems. With our full service ITS Department, we are committed to our Clients to fully incorporate an integrated design philosophy.
PLUMBING
Plumbing and fluid delivery systems require special considerations, including integrating code compliance and owner requirements into an efficient system. We design our systems to comply with all applicable guidelines.
COMMISSIONING
Our dedicated commissioning department has a set of successfully proven processes to accurately assess whether building systems have been designed, installed, tested, and are able to be operated and maintained according to the Owner’s needs.
FIRE DETECTION
Fire detection is a necessary element of construction to protect the lives of building occupants and the property of our clients. Our designs take into account the architecture and the various codes involved to provide a life safety system that addresses all concerns while keeping an eye on budget.
LIGHTING
Architectural lighting not only has to integrate with all building systems, but with the essence of the design itself. A desire to enhance the built environment is at the heart of all our designs.
