Cator, Ruma & Associates is providing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and contract administration for the National Jewish Health Center for Outpatient Health.

The Center is a five-level building with a partial basement, and will have a three-level parking structure. The new medical office building will serve as the new entrance to the National Jewish Health Campus, and spaces within the facility include a lobby with two-story atrium, Concierge station, scheduling station, oxygen room, luggage/wheelchair storage, and coffee shop on the first floor. The second floor will house blood draw and a pharmacy. The remaining three levels will contain SCL Health physician space, financial counseling, patient advocates/patient advisor departments, infusion department, allergy clinic, pulmonary clinics, pediatric clinic, and a pediatric behavioral health.

The associated parking garage for the project will provide approximately 278 parking spaces. The garage will be an open design, to allow for fresh air.

This project has been planned with expansion in mind, and the MEP design accommodates a future expansion of up to three levels on top of the parking garage at ~9,500 SF/each. This future expansion will allow for two additional clinics per floor. At full build-out, the Center for Outpatient Health will be able to accommodate 12 clinics.
