Cator, Ruma & Associates is providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design and Construction Administration as a Sub-consultant for this brand new full-service 540,000 SF inpatient hospital facility. The Hospital consists of a 250,000 SF three-story Diagnostic and Treatment (D&T) center which houses the surgery suites, an emergency department, urgent care, pediatrics, labor and delivery, adult intensive care and Level II neonatal intensive care, imaging/radiology, kitchen, laboratory, facility operations services and administrative offices. The other half of the facility is a five-story 180,000 SF 175-bed patient tower with full expansion potential to 350 beds, and includes a 20,000 SF central utility plant.

Specialty services included various low-voltage systems, security and lighting design, including lighting for over 2,300 ground-level parking spaces.
