Cator, Ruma & Associates
designed the mechanical, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm systems for

The centerpiece of
the Addition is a 4-story loggia which is the main entrance to the building, and
provides excellent daylighting opportunities for much of the building interior.
The building consists of Offices, Kitchen, Tenant Food Court Areas, full Student

floor-to-floor.
