Arrabelle at Lions Square

Cator, Ruma & Associates was selected as the Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
to provide design and construction administration services for the Arrabelle at Lions
Square project. This
is a mixed-use development designed with a destination theme. The project
required the MEP systems would be fully coordinated with architecture and
structure early in the design schedule to support the unique project theme and
limited space for utilities. The project also includes modifications to the Town
of Vail services, as well as reconfiguration of utilities to adjacent
properties.This
project involves extreme site constraints, a short timeframe and will require
construction to take place during two consecutive ski seasons. Many of the
present buildings will be completely demolished and replaced. Countless hours of
attention have been given to temporary services during the construction
schedule.
