Personnel are encouraged to become officers within technical and professional organizations and deliver technical papers.

Cator, Ruma & Associates encourages attendance at seminars and training sessions that can help our employees stay abreast of the rapidly expanding technology in our field.  Employees routinely attend in-service training sessions conducted by members of the Company and outside experts. These seminars may be offered to introduce new technology, demonstrate products or installation, project management, in-house production procedures, etc.
