In order to maintain and develop the high level of expertise and professionalism for which Cator, Ruma & Associates is known, we encourage professional and educational activities among our staff. Personnel are encouraged to become officers within technical and professional organizations and deliver technical papers.

Cator, Ruma & Associates encourages attendance at seminars and training sessions that can help our employees stay abreast of the rapidly expanding technology in our field.  Employees routinely attend in-service training sessions conducted by members of the Company and outside experts. Some of these in-service seminars are videotaped to enable those who could not attend the original session an opportunity to view the video at a later date. These seminars may be offered to introduce new technology, demonstrate products or installation, project management, in-house production procedures, etc.
