At Cator, Ruma & Associates, we never forget that we're designing systems for people. The guiding principle of every design we do is FSC²--or Fit, Sound, Capacity, and Control.

When MEP systems fit effectively, they serve to complement the overall design and increase the functionality of the space.

The sound levels of MEP system must be acceptable so as to seamlessly integrate the design with the purpose of the space so effectively that systems go virtually unnoticed.

The capacity of MEP systems has to be sufficient to serve the needs of the design, and systems should be easily and effectively controlled by end users.

When the four critical components of FSC² are addressed, very few problems arise during design or construction, and the end result is a successful project that serves the needs of occupants.
