Power Systems

Success for our clients is more than execution of a good design; it's taking a project from concept to reality while meeting or exceeding our clients' goals using cost conscious and creative approaches. Some of the key tenants we incorporate into all our power systems designs includes:

  • Concurrent Maintainability - Systems must be able to be maintained, upgraded and tested with minimal impact to normal operations.

  • Fault Tolerance - Systems must handle unplanned failures or planned outages with a minimal impact to normal operations.

  • Future Growth – The total cost of ownership must be considered with realistic planning for growth.

  • Energy Efficiency – Despite the huge amount of capital tied up in electrical systems, significant inefficiencies can exist. Inefficient design threatens profitability.
Our multi-disciplinary staff of seasoned veterans and top recruits has broad experience in the areas of Project Management and Electrical Design. Our background includes utility company coordination for medium voltage distribution systems, primary and secondary metering, dual substation feeders and Automatic Throw over Switches. Backup power systems include battery UPS, flywheel UPS, static switches and single or multiple diesel generators utilizing paralleling switchgear.

We approach every project, small and large, with the goal of collaborating with the project team and our clients. We actively work toward improving your bottom line through every phase of your project.
