Commissioning

Our top priority on every building we work on is helping our Client attain project goals. Our dedicated commissioning department has a set of successfully proven processes to accurately assess whether building systems have been designed, installed, tested, and able to be operated and maintained according to the Owner’s needs. Our commissioning services include:

• Energy consumption/ reduction studies utilizing local utility programs
• Develop commissioning specifications for third party commissioning agents
• Performing and orchestrating commissioning tasks and functional tests
• Reviewing commissioning documents and reports
• Reduced-scope commissioning, consisting primarily of system validation and operational verification
• Peer review

We commission the majority of our own projects, have solid experience as third-party commissioning agents, and in-depth experience commissioning existing systems. The results are often a more cost effective, higher quality building.
