Mechanical Engineer - Wyoming Office
Cator, Ruma & Associates is seeking a skilled Licensed Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This is a career opportunity for a person who has previous experience in the building consulting engineering business. The position is in our Cheyenne, Wyoming office and the candidate shall be a Wyoming Resident. References that support past experience will be mandatory. The candidate shall have a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years experience in a position similar to that described. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for the position. |
Mechanical Engineer
Cator, Ruma & Associates is seeking an HVAC/ Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a career opportunity for a person who has previous experience in the building consulting engineering business as a project designer, engineer, or project manager. References which support past experiences will be mandatory. The optimal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Construction Administrator/Commissioning Agent
Cator, Ruma & Associates is seeking a fulltime Construction Administrator/Commissioning Agent to join our firm. We are looking for a detail oriented person with a minimum of 5 + years of experience in the mechanical engineering and construction atmosphere. The candidate must have strong organization and communication proficiency, as well as good written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be self-starting and self-directing with the ability to prioritize and schedule work activities to meet deadlines and client expectations. Candidate must have an appropriate level of experience in project management and personnel management. |
Marketing Assistant
Cator, Ruma & Associates is seeking a full time employee with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a busy office environment (no entry-level applicants, please) for a marketing assistant position. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented person with strong prioritization (multi-tasking), organization, and communication skills. The candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills, excellent typing skills, and proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Project, etc.). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, In Design) and simple graphic design is preferred. Job duties include preparing marketing information for clients; updating and personalizing the company brochure; publishing the company newsletter; assistance with preparing responses to RFQs/RFPs; assisting in locating leads for new projects through websites and professional organizations; and administrative tasks to support the marketing department (i.e., routine typing of correspondence, filing, etc.). Familiarity with the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is preferred, but not mandatory. |
