To maintain and expand our reputation for excellence, while providing quality mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services to a very diverse clientele. Cator, Ruma & Associates believes professional growth requires a partnership between its clients and its employees.**
	Clients The clients we serve make up the fabric of our community. They educate our children, heal our sick, build our gathering places. We are proud that over 90% of our business comes from our valued repeat clients. We continually aim to make our clients happy on every project, every time. Every decision we make takes into account our guiding principles: quality, honesty, and integrity. The work we do extends far beyond the walls of any facility. We understand that we're not just helping our clients build buildings--we're helping them build lives.
	Expertise Our commitment to quality engineering is strong. We have a staff of over 90 dedicated employees; all passionate about their work. The majority of our engineering staff members are registered Professional Engineers, and we have 15 LEED® AP Professionals on staff. The expertise of our personnel and our commitment to the continuing education of our employees exemplify the level of expertise and experience Cator, Ruma & Associates brings to a project.
	Vision The built environment is ever-evolving. In order to meet the needs of any given project requires innovative thinking and creativity. Because one size never fits all, our approach to systems design always begins with a complete understanding of our client's vision and project goals. From there, we draw on time-tested expertise and cutting edge technology to create a successful facility.
	Community Whether through a design team, as a company sponsor, or in our personal lives, we take community involvement very seriously. We always keep in mind that the projects we design touch the lives of all those around us. Beyond our projects, we contribute to and participate in charitable events whenever possible.
